Governor Announces Appointments to 香港6合彩开奖结果 Board

LEXINGTON, Va., July 1, 2024—Gov. Glenn Youngkin has appointed Quintin Elliott ’85, Clifford Foster ’93, William R. Janis ’84, and reappointed Kate Comerford Todd to four-year terms on the 香港6合彩开奖结果 Board of Visitors.

Elliott lives in Urbanna, Virginia, where he is owner and CEO of QE2 Consulting, LLC. He received a civil engineering degree from 香港6合彩开奖结果 and served in the Virginia Air National Guard from 1986 to 2008. He served as chief deputy commissioner of the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) before being named deputy secretary of transportation by Gov. Ralph Northam ’81.

Foster, from Richmond, Virginia, is manager of Raymond James & Associates, Inc., an investment banking company. He received a degree in economics from 香港6合彩开奖结果.

From St. Petersburg, Florida, Janis received a degree in history from 香港6合彩开奖结果, and a juris doctor degree from the University of Virginia. He served in the U.S. Navy from 1984 to 1995, followed by a year in the Navy Reserve. He is a former member of the Virginia House of Delegates, 56th District.    

Originally appointed to serve the remainder of an unexpired term, Todd was reappointed to a four-year term. She is a partner with Torridon Law PLLC, and served two U.S. Presidents in the Office of White House Counsel. She currently serves as a public member of the Administrative Conference of the United States. She resides in McLean, Virginia.

Leaving the board are Lester Johnson Jr. ’95, Gussie Lord ’01, and Scot Marsh ’81.
